Wemhoff Wins Two Gold Medals at Fremont Track Invite

Columbus High’s Elizabeth Wemhoff won two gold medals for the Discoverers girls track team at the Fremont Invite on Friday.
Wemhoff was first in the 100 and 200 meter dashes. The CHS boys 1600 meter relay team – Alex Ienn, Heath Dahlke, Isaiah Eilers and Adoriyan Daniels – also won gold.
In the team standings, the Columbus girls were fourth, while the boys finished fifth out of six teams.
