Volleyball All-Region Honors Earned by Huskers, Bluejays

Four Nebraska volleyball players and three from Creighton were honored by the AVCA today with All-Region honors. 

The Huskers named to the North Region team were Kayla Caffey, Nicklin Hames, Madi Kubik and Lexi Rodriguez, who also was tabbed the region’s Freshman of the Year. 

Creighton’s Norah Sis earned East Region Freshman of the Year.  Sis was joined by Bluejay teammates Kendra Wait and Jaela Zimmerman as All-East Region choices.  CU’s Abby Bottomley was an Honorable Mention selection.
