Shamrocks To Face Scouts in Girls C1-8 Subdistrict Final

Scotus and David City have advanced to tomorrow’s girls basketball C1-8 subdistrict final.
In last night’s semifinals at Lakeview, the Shamrocks defeated the Vikings 37-29. It was the second win for Scotus on its rival’s home court in a week and the Shamrocks took two of three games against the Lady Vikes this season. Scotus improved to 15-8, while Lakeview finished 13-10.
In the other semifinal, David City beat Boone Central 49-35. The Scouts are now 18-4, while the Cardinals ended the campaign at 8-16. Tomorrow’s subdistrict final tips off at 6 p.m. on 93.5 The Hawk.
