Shamrocks Down Scouts, Semifinals on The Hawk Tonight

Kaden Young scored 17 points and the Scotus defense clamped down on David City and the Shamrocks beat the Scouts 47-30 in last night’s C1-5 subdistrict opener. 

With the win at Columbus High School, the Scotus boys snapped a nine-game losing streak and improved to 5-18. David City ended its season at 2-20.

In tonight’s semifinals, Scotus takes on top-seeded and 22-1 North Bend Central at 6 p.m.  And number-3 seed Lakeview meets second-seeded Aquinas around 7:30.

Both games will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
