Scotus Downs David City in Girls Hoops Subdistrict Final

Scotus pulled away in the second half to down David City 50-34 in the girls basketball C1-7 subdistrict final last night.
The Shamrocks led 25-19 at the half, but outscored the Scouts 25-15 after the break. Scotus takes a 19-5 record into next week’s district finals, while David City ends at 16-9.
It’s the third straight year the Shamrocks have beaten David City in a subdistrict final – Scotus also topped the Scouts in the 2020 subdistrict semifinal.
