Road to Omaha Filled With Potholes for Favorites

The road to Omaha has been full of upsets in the Super Regional round. Notre Dame beat No. 1 national seed Tennessee 7-3 in the third and deciding game in Knoxville.
Oklahoma knocked off No. 4 Virginia Tech 11-2 yesterday to win in three games. Four other clubs have earned spots in the College World Series, as Texas, Texas A&M, Arkansas and Ole Miss are headed to Omaha.
The final two Super Regionals will be decided today, as UConn plays at Stanford and Auburn is at Oregon State. Those series are both tied at one win apiece.
