One Person Injured In Accident Near Lindsay

LINDSAY- One person was injured after an accident in rural Lindsay Thursday.

At 4:40 p.m. the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident in the area of 822nd Road west of 543rd Ave. The driver of an eastbound pickup, lost control and entered the ditch, rolled and came to rest on its top. The female driver was pinned and trapped in the vehicle and was extricated by Fire and Rescue. The driver was transported to Faith Regional ER via ambulance where she is in stable condition.

The accident is under investigation.
