NU Wrestling Adds Five, Including Three-Time State Champ

The Huskers wrestling team has five new names on its roster.  Nebraska announced yesterday that Nic Stoltenberg, Landon Brown, Zak Taylor, Brock Hardy and Brandyn Van Tassell have officially joined the program. 

Stoltenberg is a graduate of Omaha Skutt, where he won three state titles. 

Brown joins NU from Western Wyoming Community College, where he wrestled the last three years.

Taylor is a prep grappler from Lakewood, Ohio who’s slated to compete at heavyweight for the Huskers. 

Both Hardy and Van Tassell wrestled for high schools in Utah before serving two-year religious missions.
