Nebraska men’s basketball player Ahron Ulis is one of seven athletes facing charges related to alleged sports betting at Iowa and Iowa State.
Ulis transferred to NU after playing for Iowa from 2020 to 2023. He and six others are accused of tampering with records.
According to media reports, Ulis allegedly used his older brother’s identity to place bets on FanDuel in 2021 and 2022. NCAA rules prohibit student-athletes from participating in any gambling activity that involves college or professional sports.
Ulis did not travel with the Huskers on their current trip to Spain.
