NU Adds DB, Spielman TCU-Bound, Stoll on Watch List

Nebraska football has landed a three-star defensive back for the 2021 season. 

Marques Buford publicly committed to the Huskers on Saturday.  He helped his Texas high school win state championships the past two seasons. 

In other news, former NU receiver JD Spielman will reportedly play for TCU.  247Sports reported Saturday night that the Horned Frogs have signed the Nebraska transfer. 

And Husker tight end Jack Stoll has been named to the John Mackey Award watch list.  It goes to the top collegiate tight end in the nation.  Stoll had 25 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown for the Huskers in 2019.
