Local, Area Players Chosen for Shrine Bowl Game

Columbus High’s Liam Blaser and two Lakeview football players, Braxton Borer and Max Fremarek, have been named to the North roster for the 65th Nebraska Shrine Bowl game.
The North roster also includes Lance Brester of Howells-Dodge, Kyle Kasik of Clarkson-Leigh, and Jackson Roberts of Boone Central. Central City’s Ashton Gragg was named to the South squad.
Lakeview coach Kurt Frenzen is an associate head coach and Vikings coaches Jeff Bargen, Aaron Rudloff and Alonzo Trapp are assistants on the North staff.
The game is set for June 3rd in Kearney.
