Lakeview’s Legion Baseball Teams Both Win vs. Yutan

Lakeview’s American Legion baseball teams swept Yutan last Friday at Pawnee Park Legion Field. 

The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors won 12-4 in five innings.  Sam Kwapnioski had two hits and scored two runs, while Adam Van Cleave scored three times in the win.  The Seniors improved to 7-0 on the season. 

In the first game, the Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds won 10-2 in five innings.  The victory improved the Junior Reds to 5-3.
