Lakeview Girls Fall Thursday, Other Games Coming Up

The Lakeview girls basketball club finished its regular season with a 30-23 home loss to Central City Thursday night.
The Vikings have dropped three straight and are 8-13. Lakeview is the No. 5 seed in the C1-5 girls subdistrict tournament. On Monday, the Vikings face Wahoo in North Bend. The 6 p.m. postseason game will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
Tonight, Lakeview’s boys visit Aquinas. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and you can hear the action on KLIR 101. On 93.5 The Hawk tonight, Shelby-Rising City visits Osceola for a girls-boys twinbill, starting at 6 p.m.
Coming up tomorrow, the Pinnacle Bank Coaches Show airs on KLIR 101 at 9 a.m. The Scotus boys visit rival Lakeview for a 3:30 p.m. game Saturday on KLIR.
