Junior Blues Battle Lincoln North Star in Area Tourney

Pawnee Park Field is the site of the A6 junior area tournament that begins today.
The One United Federal Credit Union Junior Blues are seeded third. They play No. 4 seed Lincoln North Star in the last of three first-round games today. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
The Junior Blues were 9-19 in the regular season. The six-team tourney runs through Tuesday.
Palmer-Wohlbach-Greeley will take on Pender tomorrow in the opening round of the Class C Junior state tournament. First pitch is slated for 11 a.m. in Creighton.
