Huskers Drop to No. 2, Bluejays Up to 17th in AVCA Poll

Despite posting a trio of sweeps this weekend in Lincoln, the Nebraska volleyball team slipped one spot to No. 2 in the Top 25.  

The Huskers switched spots with Texas, which is 2-0 and now holds the top spot.  Creighton is ranked 17th in this week’s coaches poll, climbing one rung after the Bluejays went 3-0 over the weekend in Laramie, Wyoming. 

Also yesterday, CU’s Norah Sis was named Big East Offensive Player of the Week.  Sis earned MVP honors in the Rumble in the Rockies tournament.  She averaged 4.91 kills and 2.27 digs per set.
