Husker Trio in Afterglow of U.S. Volleyball Winning Gold Medal

Former Huskers Jordan Larson, Justine Wong-Orantes and Kelsey Robinson are no doubt still on cloud nine after becoming Olympic gold medalists in Tokyo. 

The U.S. defeated Brazil 3-0 in Sunday’s final.  Larson finished with 12 kills, which was the second-most in the match, and Wong-Orantes posted seven digs. 

Larson was named MVP and Best Outside Hitter, and she and Wong-Orantes earned spots on the Tokyo 2020 Dream Team.
