Girls Tennis Results From Rain-Shortened Event

The Columbus High girls tennis team played in a tournament in Lincoln on Tuesday, before the event ended early due to rain. 

In the first round, the Discoverers fell to Lincoln Pius X 8-0.  Columbus bounced back to defeat Wilber-Clatonia 8-0 in the second round. 

The Discoverers faced Crete in the third round.  The Cardinals had won two of three completed matches, but Sage Warner was leading her match 4-1 and Sarah Lasso was ahead 3-2 in her match before the event was rained out.
