Former NU Bowler Wins U.S. Women’s Open

Former Nebraska bowler Erin McCarthy took home her second professional title last night.
McCarthy won the U.S. Women’s Open in Glen Falls, New York. She began the finals as the No. 5 seed and won all four matches to earn the title and a $60,000 prize.
During her time in Lincoln, McCarthy helped the Huskers win a national championship in 2009.
