Fleeman Out for Season, CHS Hosts Norfolk on KLIR

Columbus High quarterback CJ Fleeman will miss the rest of his senior season due to a knee injury.
As the Discoverers prepare to host rival Norfolk tonight, coach Craig Williams said an MRI this week showed Fleeman suffered MCL damage when he was hit in last week’s season-opening win over Scottsbluff and he’ll have surgery.
Junior Brody Mickey will start at QB for CHS against Norfolk. Williams has called him a “super athlete.”
