Discoverers Soccer Teams Fall in District Finals

The postseason came to an end for Columbus High’s soccer clubs on Tuesday. The Discoverers boys and girls both fell in district finals at Seacrest Field in Lincoln.
The CHS boys dropped a 4-0 decision to Lincoln Southwest. That gave Columbus a final record of 11-6.
The Discoverers girls were edged by Lincoln East 1-0 to wind up 11-5.
