Discoverers Baseball Bows at Elkhorn South

Columbus High’s baseball team dropped a 9-1 decision yesterday at Elkhorn South.
Wyatt Swanson hit a solo home run in the top of the seventh to avert a shutout. The Discoverers fourth loss in their last five games left them at 10-11.
CHS was scheduled to play at Lincoln Pius X this afternoon, but the game was rained out.
