Dedication of Playground at Bowlin Stadium is Saturday

The dedication of Ace’s Place Playground at Bowlin Stadium is set for this Saturday prior to the Huskers’ softball game against Minnesota.
The playground will honor the memory of Ace Michael Moudy, who attended his first Nebraska softball game with his parents Mike and Megan Moudy the day before he unexpectedly died in April 2019. Megan Moudy, formerly Megan Southworth, played softball at NU and Mike was an offensive lineman for the Huskers.
Saturday’s dedication and ribbon cutting will begin at 12:15 p.m. A ticket to the 1 p.m. game is required to attend the event. Tickets can be purchased at huskers.com, or by calling 402-472-3111.
