CU Women’s Run in NCAA Tourney Ended Sunday

The longest postseason run in Creighton women’s basketball history ended yesterday as the Bluejays fell to South Carolina 80-50 in the Greensboro Region Final.
The Gamecocks move on to the Final Four in Minneapolis, while the Bluejays wind up at 23-10.
CU’s Lauren Jensen was named to the region’s all-tournament team after scoring 57 points in four postseason games, including a team-high 12 points on Sunday.
