Coronavirus to Impact Attendance at Boys State Hoops

The NSAA will follow a recommendation from Lincoln health officials to limit fans allowed into boys state basketball tournament games to immediate family members. 

The three-day tourney will start tomorrow at Lincoln East, Lincoln Southeast, the Devaney Sports Center and Pinnacle Bank Arena.

The decision on limiting attendance comes after a Crofton student tested positive for the coronavirus disease after attending two girls state basketball tourney games in Lincoln last Thursday. 

Humphrey St. Francis fans can follow the Flyers’ games on KLIR 101, while fans of Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family, Fullerton and St. Paul can listen on 93.5 The Hawk.  The audio of all games will also be streamed live at mycentralnebraska.com.
