Columbus Business Hall Of Fame Inductees Announced

COLUMBUS- The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce announced the 2019 class of inductees to the Columbus Area Business Hall of Fame.

Gordon McAllister Hull and Gustavus Viergutz will be apart of the 14th class of honorees on November 26 at the Ramada Inn and Events Center. Hull who was born in Scottsbluff, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tasty Toppings near Duncan. Viergutz who was born in Germany in 1868, owned Viergutz Lumber and Coal Company in Columbus along with a lumber yard in Platte Center in 1923, as well as a lumber yard in Creston in 1928.

The Business Hall of Fame induction is held in conjunction with the celebration of the Chamber’s annual business awards.
