CHS Wrestling Spots Elkhorn Early Lead, Then Rolls

Columbus High’s wrestling team continued its winning ways last night.  The Discoverers won a dual at Elkhorn 61-15.

After the Antlers won the first two matches to take a 9-0 lead, CHS dominated.  Mac Shevlin recorded the first of six pins for Columbus at 160 pounds.

Blayze Standley followed by pinning his opponent at 170 pounds in just 43 seconds. 

Cayden Kucera would top that time at 126 pounds by posting the Discoverers’ final win by pinfall in just 28 seconds.
