In college baseball, Nebraska was crushed by Texas A&M Corpus Christi 21-4 yesterday.
The Islanders banged out 23 hits and were helped by four Husker errors. NU lost that home series 2-1 to slip to 8-11 on the season.
Meanwhile, Creighton capped off a three-game home sweep of Minnesota on Sunday. The Bluejays rallied for a 4-2 victory. CU has won five straight games and is 9-6.
