Women’s Soccer: NU Adds Spring Match, CU Inks Recruit

In women’s college soccer, Nebraska has added a road match to its spring schedule. The Huskers will visit Kansas on Saturday, April 16th. 

The spring season starts on Saturday, April 2nd when NU welcomes Iowa State to Hibner Stadium for a 1 p.m. match. 

Meanwhile, Creighton added a ninth player to its 2022 recruiting class.  Kurumi Arakawa will transfer to CU from Eastern Florida State College, which was the NJCAA national champion last season.  The midfielder earned NJCAA First Team All-American and regional player of the year honors. 

Arakawa, who’s originally from Japan, will be a junior at Creighton.
