White: Huskers D-Line Even More Impressive on Film

Nebraska’s defensive line is even more impressive when you watch film after a game.
That’s what defensive coordinator Tony White said Tuesday when asked about the performance of that unit. “The disruption that they’re causing, it’s easy to see them make a sack and it’s easy to see them make a tackle for loss,” White said. “But, what you don’t see are those plays where they’re taking up two guys and now the linebacker or the safety runs through a hole and hits it for a tackle for loss.”
Nebraska plays its Homecoming game this Saturday against Purdue. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. The pregame starts at 10:30 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK and at 2 p.m. on 93.5 The Hawk.
