Vikings Hoops Clubs Split Thursday at DC West

Lakeview’s basketball teams went 1-1 at Douglas County West Thursday night.
The Vikings boys were downed by the Falcons 66-22. Lakeview was held to 25% shooting from the field and was just 1-for-9 from 3-point range. The loss dropped the Vikings to 4-6.
Lakeview’s girls rallied for a 32-29 win, as the Vikings outscored DC West 12-2 in the fourth quarter. Kiara Kula had a game-high 10 points for Lakeview, which improved to 3-7.
Both Vikings teams host Grand Island Northwest tonight.
