Trev Alerts Updates Fans on Concessions Improvements

Nebraska athletic director Trev Alberts has posted a note to basketball fans on huskers.com about efforts to improve the concessions experience at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
The update says steps taken to address the issues of long lines include opening additional concession stands and taking alcohol out of one or two stands. Other steps include hiring additional staff and reducing the age for workers selling non-alcoholic products from 19 to 16.
Alberts’ note says it will take time to fully implement the changes, but “we expect to see continued gradual improvement as the season progresses.” He closes by thanking fans for their loyalty, support and patience.
