Struggles Continue for CHS, Lakeview Softball

In high school softball, Columbus High dropped a pair of games in Saturday’s GNAC tourney in North Platte.  The Discoverers fell to the host Bulldogs 12-2 and bowed to Hastings 12-1.

CHS is 2-25 and visits Grand Island this evening for a doubleheader. 

Meantime, Lakeview is 3-21 following a 14-4 loss to Lexington in last Friday’s Central Conference tourney.

The Vikings are the number 4 seed in the B-7 subdistrict tournament and play at top-seeded York today at noon.
