SOS Ousted, PWG Advances in Class C Seniors State Tourney

Shelby-Osceola-Stromsburg saw its season end, while Palmer-Wolbach-Greeley stayed alive in last night’s action in the Class C American Legion Senior state tourney.
SOS was defeated by unbeaten Dannebrog-Cairo-Boelus 9-2 and was eliminated from the tournament with a 2-2 record.
PWG blanked Louisville-Weeping Water 3-0 to improve to 3-1 in Palmer. The host club will have to beat DCB twice this evening to win the state title.
