Softball: Huskers Walk-Off Iowa Twice, Bluejays Win

In college softball, Nebraska posted a pair of walk-off wins over Iowa Tuesday at Bowlin Stadium.
The Huskers took the opener 1-0 on Bella Bacon’s two-out RBI double in the eighth inning. In the nightcap, Ava Bredwell hit a two-out home run in the bottom of the seventh for a 7-6 victory.
Creighton beat crosstown rival Omaha 7-3 last night at the Bluejays’ home ballpark.
