Soccer: CHS Girls Fall, Scotus Clubs Sweep

In high school soccer Tuesday, the Columbus High girls fell to Bennington 1-0 at Wilderness Park.
The Discoverers’ second straight loss left them with a 6-2 record. CHS will play at Lincoln Northeast tomorrow.
The Scotus girls posted their fourth straight win and third consecutive shutout, with a 2-0 home victory over Lincoln Lutheran/Raymond Central. The Shamrocks are 5-2 on the season.
The Scotus boys beat the same opponent 4-0. Their third straight win and second shutout in a row upped the Shamrocks’ record to 4-2.
Both Scotus clubs visit Lutheran High/Norfolk Catholic tomorrow.
