Scotus to Meet Lakeview Again in Boys Hoops Suddistrict

The boys basketball rivalry between Scotus and Lakeview will have a third act.
The Shamrocks have been seeded No. 1 and will host the C1-5 subdistrict tournament. In next Tuesday’s semifinals, Scotus welcomes the Vikings to the Dowd Activity Center for a 6 p.m. game.
The Shamrocks got by their rivals 53-49 last Saturday at home. Scotus won the first matchup 42-40 in the Columbus Holiday Tournament championship at Lakeview.
Next Tuesday’s second semifinal has David City taking on North Bend Central. Both games will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
On KZ-100, top-seeded Cross County hosts Twin River in a boys C2-8 subdistrict semifinal Tuesday at 6 p.m., followed by Aquinas meeting Heartland.
