Scotus, Lakeview Track Results From Central City Invite

Jude Maguire of Scotus won the 800 meter run at Friday’s Central City Invite.
The Shamrocks 3200 relay team also earned a gold medal as Scotus was fifth out of eight boys teams. Lakeview was sixth as the Vikings claimed two bronze medals – Jaden McFarland in the 110 meter hurdles and Parker Osten in shot put.
In the girls meet, Lakeview was sixth and Scotus was eighth. For the Vikings, Erinn Briggs won gold in discus and silver in shot put, while Laura Bargen won the high jump. The Shamrocks Kyra Bowen claimed bronze in the triple jump.
