Scotus Girls Denied Trip to State Tourney by St. Paul

The Scotus girls came within one win of making the state tournament this season, but those hopes ended with a 42-35 overtime loss at St. Paul last Friday.
The Shamrocks ended the season at 16-9, while the Wildcats are 21-4 heading into the C1 state tourney.
The area girls clubs who punched their ticket to state with district final wins included North Bend Central, Nebraska Christian, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family and Humphrey St. Francis.
