The Scotus girls’ cross country team won yesterday’s UNK Invitational at the Kearney Country Club.  27 girls’ teams competed in the event.

Individually, the Shamrocks’ Olivia Fehringer was fifth and Lisa Zaruba finished seventh. 

The Scotus boys placed tenth in the team standings, while Benjamin Juarez had the Shamrocks’ top individual finish in 12th.

In the Class A run, the CHS boys were 13th out of 19 teams.  Joe McFarland had the Discoverers’ best individual finish in 14th.

The Columbus High girls finished 16th.
