Through all the on-again, off-again process of the Big Ten deciding whether it would try to play football this fall, Nebraska wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson said the Huskers just tried to stay positive.

The sophomore was a guest on Sports Nightly Monday.  After splitting time between receiver and running back last season, Robinson is expected to focus on catching the football this year.

He was asked how it feels to be able to try to thrive at a receiver position where NU needs production.  “Throughout the whole off-season, I knew the route running and just being healthy was a large part of my progression too,” Robinson said. “And then going through things with the quarterbacks and just trying to see things with their eyes and just becoming a complete receiver, learning outside and inside.”

Under the third incarnation of a Big Ten football schedule, the Huskers are slated to open at Ohio State on October 24th.
