Report: Jays to Visit Jayhawks in Men’s Hoops Next Season

Creighton men’s basketball will reportedly visit Kansas next season. 

The Omaha World-Herald cites a Twitter source who lists the Bluejays vs. Jayhawks matchup among those in the 2020 Big East-Big 12 Battle. 

In the first year of the challenge last season, Big East teams won eight of ten games.  CU defeated Oklahoma 83-73, while KU was edged by Villanova 56-55. 

Creighton and Kansas, which both won or shared their conference’s regular-season title last season, haven’t met in basketball since 1974.  The Jays are 1-4 all-time against the Jayhawks.
