NU Women Roll Over Wake Forest, Up Record to 8-0

In a battle of previously unbeaten women’s basketball teams, Nebraska rolled to an 86-60 win at Wake Forest last night.
With the victory, the Huskers improved to 8-0 for the first time since 2009. It’s also the first eight-game winning streak for NU since 2013. Nebraska was led by Jaz Shelley, who posted game highs of 18 points and six assists.
The Huskers next open Big Ten play with a visit to Minnesota next Monday.
