NU Volleyball Ends Preseason With Red-White Scrimmage

The Nebraska volleyball club held its annual Red-White scrimmage Saturday night. The match ended in a 2-2 tie in front of 7,940 fans at the Devaney Center.
Lexi Sun led the Huskers with a combined 16 kills, 12 coming for the Red team. Nebraska opens its season with the Husker Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
NU meets Tulsa at 11 a.m. on Friday. You can hear the Huskers’ second match Friday against Colgate. First serve is at 6:30 p.m. with coverage starting at 6 on News Talk 900 KJSK.
