Wisconsin’s football team, which visits Lincoln this Saturday, ranks second nationally in total defense.

Nebraska offensive coordinator Troy Walters says the Badgers’ defense can put pressure on quarterbacks even when they don’t blitz.  “And then when they do blitz, they mix it up,” said Walters, who said it will be important for NU’s center to identify what’s coming.

Walters also said the Badgers play “with their hair on fire,” so it will be important for the Huskers to match Wisconsin’s intensity.

Saturday’s kickoff is at 11 a.m.  The pre-game starts at 6 on News Talk 900 KJSK and will be joined at 10:30 on KLIR.
