Lakeview Junior Reds Out of Ralph Bishop League Tourney

The Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds were ousted from their league tournament last night.
The Junior Reds were downed at Pierce 15-0 in three innings. The home club took advantage of eight walks issued by Lakeview pitching, as well as five errors that led to ten unearned runs. The Junior Reds slipped to 7-6 on the season.
In tonight’s senior tourney quarterfinals, the Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors will take on Oakland-Craig at West Point. Meanwhile, both of Columbus’ American Legion baseball teams welcome Lincoln Northeast to Pawnee Park.
