Jaguars Girls Finish Third in State Basketball Tournament

Howells-Dodge finished in third place at the girls D2 state basketball tournament.
After falling to top-seeded Overton 57-43 in Friday night’s semifinals, the fourth-seeded Jaguars defeated No. 2 seed and last year’s state champion, Falls City Sacred Heart, 46-28 in Saturday’s third-place game.
H-D finished with a 15-11 record.
