Huskers Women Fade Late at Minnesota

Sam Haiby scored a game-high 22 points, but the Nebraska women’s hoops club fell at Minnesota 73-63 last night. 

Haiby’s three-point play with 3:43 left tied the contest at 62-all, but the Golden Gophers outscored the Huskers 10-1 the rest of the way.  NU slipped to 11-10 overall and 9-9 in the Big Ten. 

Nebraska hosts Michigan State on Saturday.
