Huskers Open Midweek Series at Wichita State With a Win

Nebraska’s baseball team won the opener of a two-game series at Wichita State, as the Huskers topped the Shockers 8-6 last night.
Cole Evans went 4-for-5 at the plate with a double and one RBI. Ben Columbus went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI and Tyler Stone hit his third home run over the last five games. The Huskers have won seven of their last eight contests and improved to 10-4.
