Nebraska knocked off Iowa 76-70 in men’s college basketball last night.  Cam Mack had 15 points and 10 assists, while Thorir Thorbjarnarson tied his career high with 17 points for the Huskers. 

On defense, NU held the Hawkeyes All-America candidate Luka Garza to 16 points, which was less than half of what he was averaging in Big Ten play.  Nebraska is now 7-8, 2-2 in the Big Ten. 

The Huskers will visit Northwestern on Saturday afternoon.  Tipoff is set for 3:30 p.m. with pre-game coverage starting at 2:30 on News Talk 900 KJSK.
