Nebraska’s Football Game at Illinois Now on Friday, Oct. 6

The Big Ten Conference announced yesterday afternoon that Nebraska’s football game at Illinois will now take place on Friday, October 6th.
It was originally scheduled for the following day. It marks the second straight year that the Huskers will play in multiple Friday games, including the annual Black Friday matchup with Iowa on November 24th.
The kickoff time and television network for the Nebraska-Illinois game will be announced later this spring.
